Raissa is a Colorado native with deep roots in the mountain communities she proudly serves. Born and raised in Colorado, she spent her early years in Berthoud, later called the Vail Valley home for 26 years, and now lives in Divide, where she owns and operates a ranch alongside her boyfriend, Joel.

Since beginning her real estate career in 2015, Raissa has built a reputation for hard work, honest guidance, and helping clients navigate every stage of the real estate journey with confidence. She has successfully represented buyers and sellers in transactions ranging from first-time starter homes to luxury mountain properties, and brings valuable experience in residential sales, investment properties, rental management, and strategic move-up purchases.

Raissa finds the greatest satisfaction in helping first-time home buyers achieve what can feel like an impossible dream. Having purchased her own first home at just 23 years old, she understands firsthand how life-changing homeownership can be—and how important it is to have the right advocate by your side.

Her experience includes helping clients buy and sell, upgrade into their next home, purchase income-producing investments, and has managed both short-term and long-term rental properties. Whether working with a first-time buyer or a seasoned investor, Raissa is known for creating clear plans, solving problems, and making the process feel approachable.

Outside of real estate, Raissa enjoys Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle, spending time with animals, and operating a 501(c)(3) horse rescue dedicated to helping horses in need find safe and successful futures.
